1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

“By accessing and using the Nigeria Drone Soccer League (NDSL) website at nigeriandronesoccerleague.org or participating in any NDSL program, event or competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use this website or participate in any NDSL activities.”

2. ELIGIBILITY

“NDSL programs and competitions are primarily open to SS1 to SS3 secondary school students from registered schools across Nigeria. Schools and individuals wishing to participate must complete the official NDSL registration process and meet all eligibility requirements as defined by NDSL officials.”

3. REGISTRATION

“All schools and participants must register officially through NDSL before taking part in any program, training session or competition. NDSL reserves the right to reject any registration application that does not meet the required criteria. Registration fees where applicable are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by NDSL.”

4. CODE OF CONDUCT

“All participants, coaches, officials and spectators must adhere to the NDSL Code of Conduct at all times. Any violation of the Code of Conduct may result in immediate disqualification, suspension or permanent ban from all NDSL activities. NDSL maintains a zero tolerance policy for bullying, harassment, racism, tribalism and any form of misconduct.”

5. SAFETY AND LIABILITY

“NDSL takes the safety of all participants seriously. All drone operations must be conducted inside approved netted arenas or designated practice areas in strict accordance with NDSL safety guidelines and FIDA international regulations. NDSL and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss or damage sustained during any NDSL activity.”

6. PARENTAL CONSENT

“All student participants under the age of 18 must provide written parental or guardian consent before participating in any NDSL program or competition. NDSL reserves the right to exclude any student who has not provided the required consent documentation.”

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

“All content on this website including text, images, logos, videos and program materials are the exclusive intellectual property of NDSL. No content may be reproduced, copied, distributed or used in any form without prior written permission from NDSL.”

8. FRANCHISE AND SPONSORSHIP

“All franchise agreements and sponsorship arrangements with NDSL are subject to separate contractual terms and conditions. NDSL reserves the right to terminate any franchise or sponsorship agreement that violates NDSL values, guidelines or operational standards.”

9. MEDIA AND PHOTOGRAPHY

“By participating in any NDSL event, competition or program you consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded. NDSL reserves the right to use such media for promotional, educational and marketing purposes across all platforms including this website and social media channels.”

10. TERMINATION

“NDSL reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to any participant, school or organization that violates these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any decision made by NDSL officials regarding termination or suspension is final.”

11. GOVERNING LAW

“These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.”

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

“NDSL reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of this website or participation in NDSL activities following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.”
